According to Dr. Clark, the small bullet hole on the right rear of the President’s head discovered during the subsequent autopsy " could have easily been hidden in the blood and hair."

Exit wound is the larger wound.

(a) I saw a large gaping wound, located in the right occipitoparietal area.

(b) About 5 to 7 cm. in size more or less circular.

(c) I believe there was shredded macerated cerebral and cerebella tissues both in the wounds and on the fragments of the skull attached to the dura.

( About the number of bullets that were involved. )

As far as I could tell, I would guess that there were two.

( These are My interpretations as a layman )

(Ref-a) Between the ear and the middle of the back of the head.

(Ref-b) one and a half inches.

(Ref-c) The cerebellum is located just below and to the back of the brain. And is of a distinct and different consistency than that of the brain.
